(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days for the purpose of his own treatment. In the application it is mentioned that he is suffering from blood pressure and asthma. In support of the application certificate dated 5th June 2012 issued by Medical Officer, Central Jail Dispensary, Ahmedabad is enclosed. The certificate reads as under:
"This is to certify that Mr.Sabbir Ahemad @ Shabbir Bapu Saiyad is prisoner of Central Jail, Ahmedabad with prisoner No.D/ 13487.
He is a known case of hypertension and asthma. He is regularly examined and treated by full time physicians at Jail Dispensary during OPD visits for the same and all the medicines are provided by the jail authority at Govt cost.

2. In view of the above no case is made out for grant of temporary bail. Hence the application is rejected.
