Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It appears that the applicant had earlier filed an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. no. 13457 of 2016 before this Court for the same relief which was finally disposed off on 3.5.2016, copy of which has been annexed as annexure no. 4 to the application. The instant application for the same relief cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed.
