This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 17.7.2019 passed by Exclusive Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in ST No.685 of 2019, Case Crime No.381 of 2009 u/s 364A, 302, 201 IPC PS Pilkhana District Ghaziabad and direct the trial court concerned to recall the prosecution witnesses PW-1 to PW- 12 for cross-examination.
I have perused the impugned order dated 17.7.2019 by means of which the application 136 Kha under Section 217 CrPC has been rejected. The court concerned while rejecting the said application has recorded the categorical finding to the following effect:-

Accordingly, the application lacks merit and is rejected.
