Heard Sri S.K.Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no.3 not harass the petitioner in her peaceful life without any reason except in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the real sister of co-accused Shamim Ahmad against whom non-bailable warrant and recovery warrant have been issued, on account of said relationship the petitioner is being harassed by the police. The petitioner is a married woman having six children and she is living separately in her in- laws house from her brother. It is stated that NBW has not been issued against the petitioner, but the police is harassing the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the S.P.,Sonbhadra to look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
