This WPHC coming on for orders this day, K.N.PHANEENDRA J., made the following:-
O R D E R Kumari Fouziya Khanam is produced before the Court by the first respondent-police (Sri Nagaraja Nedaralagi, Sub-Inspector and Woman Police Constable-WPC.No.14137, Kadugondana Halli Police Station, Banaswadi Sub-Devision, Bengaluru).
2. The detenue Kumari Fouziya Khanam submits before the Court that she has not been detained illegally or unlawfully by anybody and she voluntarily left the house.
3. The parents of the detenue by name Smt.Shabana and Sri Lal Babu are also present before the Court. They have filed an affidavit before the Court stating that they will take care of their minor daughter Fouziya Khanam with all love and affection and they will not behave in any manner so as to embarrass her in future. The affidavit filed by the parents of the detenue is taken on record.
4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and as the detenue Kumari Fouziya Khanam would like to go with her parents, she is at liberty and is permitted to go along with her parents.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
