In this proceeding undertaken by the aggrieved wife, Shabana Banu and minor daughter, Aswad, of respondent No.2, Yusufbhai Aadambhai Mansuri, a prayer is made to expedite the hearing of the maintenance application, being Criminal Misc. Application No.3 of 2006 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Halvad, to which, the learned counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection.
In this view of the matter, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Halvad, is directed to decide the maintenance application, being Criminal Misc. Application No.3 of 2006 finally after taking into consideration the relevant material on record including the salary certificate of respondent No.2, on or before 30.4.2012.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of. Notice is discharged. Direct service is permitted.
