In compliance of the earlier order dated 27.2.2020 the amount of Rs.50,000/- has to be deposited by petitioner no.2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners to communicate that whether the amount as ordered has been deposited or not.
It appears that by efflux of time either cause of action is no more surviving or for any other reason matter has rendered infructuous and that is why none is present to press this petition.
In view of the above, treating this petition to be infructuous, it is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
