This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Miscellaneous Application No. 08 of 2018 (Shabana Praveen Vs. Satvinder @ Pop and others), under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 452, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station-
Nazibabad, District- Bijnor, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court no. 1., Bijnor.
The application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant is pending since 02.05.2018.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
