Heard Sri Sant Sharan Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the effect to direct the respondent No.1/Prescribed Authority/Sub Divisional Officer/S.D.M. Sub Division Mauranipur, District Jhansi, U.P. to decide the application dated 26.07.2021 (Annexure No.6 to the petition).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.1/Prescribed Authority/Sub Divisional Officer/S.D.M. Sub Division Mauranipur, District Jhansi, U.P. to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
