This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 230 of 2012 of Bhongir Police Station, Nalgonda district for alleged offence under section 498-A of IPC.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet and the same is registered as CC.No. 631 of 2013 and the same stands posted to 16/09/2014 for appearance of accused.
3. Since Police filed charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
