Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) issue a writ order or direction directing the respondent no.1 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj) to decide the Mutation Case No.1495 of 2013 (Abdul Majid Khan (deceased) and another Vs. Hasnain and others) under Section 34 of L.R. Act within stipulated period or day to day basis."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2013 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj) to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
