Sri Amit Pathak, Circle Officer, Aliganj, Lucknow is present along with the Investigating Officer of Case Crime No. 146 of 2010 under Section 364 IPC of P.S. Madiaon, Lucknow.
He informed the Court that every possible efforts have been made by him to trace out Shabana Bano. He assured the court that no steps shall be left to be taken to trace her out. He prayed that he be granted 15 days time to ensure recovery of the victim Shabana Bano.
Time prayed for is granted. List the case again on 21st July 2010. On said date the Investigating Officer shall be present to inform the Court about the progress made in this behalf. Circle Officer present today need not appear unless specifically directed to do so.
