Ms. Akanksha Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no exparte interim injunction has been granted by the learned Trial Court on the interim injunction application. The respondents are rushing into constructions to alter the nature of the suit property. This fact cannot be brought to the notice of the learned Trial Court since the Courts are closed for summer vacations. The Courts shall re-open on 03.07.2019.
In view of the above submission the parties are directed to maintain status quo till 03.07.2019. The petitioner shall file an application on 03.07.2019 before the learned Trial Court. In case, such an application is filed, the learned Trial Court shall consider the urgency of the matter and pass appropriate orders without being influenced by any observations made above.
The petition is disposed of finally.
