Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J.
Argument of Sri Promod Jain is that inspite of compulsory retirement of the petitioner he is entitled to get leave encashment as has been said in series of judgments, copy of the judgment has been annexed along with the writ petition.
Sri Jain submits that judgment on which reliance has been placed by Sri Verma has been considered in this judgment.
On these facts claim of the petitioner is liable to be considered in the light of the judgment but Sri Verma submits that he may be given one week time so that he may assist the court As prayed, put up this matter on 28.7.2014, as fresh.
