JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent-wife that already the Tr.C.M.P.No.426 of 2013 filed by the respondent-wife, had been disposed of on 18.06.2014, transferring H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2013 from the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the Sub-Court, Vaniambadi. Hence, the present Tr.C.M.P. filed by the husband has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
