This Criminal Original Petition has been for issuance of a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.17 of 2017 before the lower within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the case was closed after an enquiry and that RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.
