When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, he prayed that the PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J., vj2 Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
