Heard Sri Sudhanshu Pandey, Advocate holding brief Sri Om Prakash Srivastava,counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel.
By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 Deputy Director of Consolidation, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Revision No. 38 of 2014, within a stipulated period of time.
Contention of the learned counsel for petitioners is that the arguments was concluded and the date fixed for further orders but till date no decision has been taken.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, direction is issued upon respondent no. 1 Deputy Director of Consolidation, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Revision No. 38 of 2014 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
