JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-disbursal of three months pension. The petitioner admittedly superannuated on 31.01.2010. But the pension was paid only from the month of June 2010. The petitioner in the above writ petition claims pension for the months of February, March and April 2010. The respondent Board submits that the delay occurred only due to the non-payment of contributions to the Pension Board. 2. The respondent Bank has filed a counter affidavit, in which Ext.R2(c) indicates that, there was a provident fund loan availed of by the petitioner which was remitted only on 18.05.2010. Immediately there after on 20.05.2010, the contribution to the Pension Board was remitted to the Board. In such circumstance, the delay in remittance was W.P.(C) No.16304 of 2011 - K 2 caused only due to the delay in remittance of the provident fund loan by the petitioner.
In such circumstance, no relief can be claimed by the petitioner in the above writ petition. The writ petition would stand dismissed.
