JUDGMENT / ORDER

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw the case pending on the file of the Family Court at Madurai in HMOP No.409 of 2015 and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the HMOP No.409 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Madurai to the file of Family Court, Chennai and made an endorsement to that effect and also prayed for early disposal .
4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the endorsement so made by him, the petition in HMOP No.409 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Madurai and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to HMOP No.409 of 2015 to the file of Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the said records.
5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
