JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 05.04.2016 interalia alleging that a larger extent has been acquired with an extent of 2.2 cents in Survey No.509/2 though the same has not been included in the acquisition proceedings and therefore, compensation will have to be determined for the same as well. Since there was no reply, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents to look into the representation dated 05.04.2016 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of the aforesaid representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
