2. Pursuant to the earlier orders passed in this contempt petition, the respondent/contemnor has filed a compliance report and he is personally present before this Court. It is stated that disciplinary action has been initiated against the delinquent officers.
3. In view of the above, this petition is closed and the presence of the District Collector, Vellore is noted and dispensed with.
