1. Heard Sri Bhanu Prakash Verma, learned counsel for applicant and learned AGA for State of U.P.
2. This is an application seeking cancellation of bail of opposite party nos. 2 and 3, who have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 02.08.2016 passed by another Bench of this Court, in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35896 of 2014, (Ledo and Another vs. State of U.P.) in Case Crime No. 503 of 2014, under Section 304 IPC, Police Station Vrindavan, District Mathura.
3. Learned counsel for applicant contended that correct facts have not been examined by Court concerned while granting bail to opposite parties- 2 and 3. He further contended that they are misusing the liberty of bail, therefore, bail granted to them are liable to be cancelled.
4. I do not find that application seeking cancellation of bail, can be treated to be a review or appeal of bail order granted on merits. Hence, I do not find any justification to cancel bail of opposite parties 2 and 3.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
