JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in C.C.No.on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and to quash the same.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the above mentioned calender case has been disposed of on 01.02.2011 itself and therefore, this criminal original petition itself becomes infructuous.
3.Recording the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
