Today when the writ petition is posted for hearing, a request is made on behalf of the counsel for the writ petitioner seeking adjournment. But in view of the relief sought in the writ petition, the request is rejected.
2. The writ petition was filed challenging the letter dated 01.04.2005 informing the petitioner that its offer was not considered for award of work of exploitation of low grade Iron ore deposits in Prakasam District.
3. Since the matter relates to the year 2005 and in the absence of any interim order, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
