A transfer of the marital disputes is sought on the ground that the presiding officer is acting in haste. This is belied by the remarks called for from the presiding officer by the registry of this court. The statement of the petitioner/petitioners that their counsel could not reach the court in time due to lathi charge is seen to be not true.

2. I do not find any sufficient ground to transfer the cases from the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Kozhikode as sought for by the petitioners.

The Transfer Petitions are dismissed.
