The present petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to cancel the look out circular issued against the petitioner (which copy was not served to the petitioner) and with further direction to the respondents not to cause any obstruction for foreign trip under the guise of verification pursuant to the look out circular issued in connection with C.C.No.77/2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, today produced a communication dated 04.05.2016, wherein, it is mentioned that for deletion of look out circular, and to that effect, necessary particulars were placed before the third respondent.
