JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, has sent a report dated 08.05.2017, wherein, she has stated as follows:
?Subsequently, when the case was taken at regular court on 16.02.2017, A2 was present and prayed for time to cross examine the complainant side witness on the ground that the Advocate engaged for him had to come from outstation and filed 309 Cr.P.C. petition and the same was allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/-; Again on 2.3.2017 both accused were present and filed 309 CrPC petition and the same was allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- and posted on 22.03.2017 finally for recall of P.W.1. I submit that as I was an casual leave on 22.03.2017, the case was posted on 28.03.2017. When the case was taken up on 28.03.2017, both the accused were absent and hence court notice was issued to both the accused and pending at this stage.
I submit that on the next hearing of the case, the directions issued by the Hon'ble High Court will be followed scrupulously to secure the appearance of the accused.?
3. Recording the same, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, to comply with the directions issued by this Court on 17.04.2017 and complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
