This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in S.C.No.382 of 2016, pending on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Mettur and quash the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case itself has ended in acquittal by judgment dated 28.03.2018, made in S.C.No.382 of 2016, on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Mettur.
