JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for an early disposal of the petition in O.P.No.4323 of 2011 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/husband has filed the petition in O.P.No.4323 of 2011 for divorce and the respondent/wife has filed another petition in O.P.No.1763 of 2014 for restitution of conjugal rights and both the matters were posted for joint trial. Thereafter, the matters are pending in the same stage without any progress. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come before this Court with Civil Revision Petition.
3. A perusal of the docket entries shows that the matters were posted for joint trial on 08.10.2015, after mediation at the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, failed.
4. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the petition in O.P.No.4323 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
