Senior vs Chief

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after taking into consideration the affidavits filed before this Court, we adjourn both these matters to June 14, 2012. On that day, the State respondent will file further affidavit disclosing the number of appeals and other applications disposed of by the Commission during the months of March, April and May, 2012.
