JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pending this civil PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J., vj2 revision petition, the suit in O.S.No.328 of 2011 itself has been disposed of and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
