O R D E R
The prayer in the writ petition by directing the third respondent to dispose of the appeal against the order dated 19.05.2011 on the file of the third respondent in reference No.7538/2007-B on merits after affording opportunity to either parties.
2. In view of the limited scope sought for in the writ petition, I have no hestitation to consider the said prayer and pass appropriate orders. Hence, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 14.05.2011 submitted before the second respondent , on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditously as possible and dispose of the same, after affording opportunity to the parties are concerned, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
