(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) These applications are made with the prayer to permit the applicant to produce a judgment of this Court, while the judgment in the appeal is stated to have been reserved for consideration. Learned counsel, Mr.Saurabh Mehta, appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant had sought to produce the judgment, as aforesaid, before the Bench concerned but he was asked to file proper application for that purpose, and therefore, present applications have come to be filed. We are afraid that we cannot make any order in respect of or in the matter which is pending before another Bench and wherein the judgment is admittedly reserved at present. Therefore, learned counsel, Mr.Mehta requested that the applications may be ordered to be placed before Registrar (Judicial) for the purpose of obtaining appropriate orders on administrative side. Accordingly, the applications may be placed before Registrar (Judicial) for appropriate orders.
