JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 17.04.2017 for the issuance of patta.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 for the issuance of patta , the second respondent has not considered the same yet.
3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for the issuance of patta in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2017 for the issuance of patta and pass orders in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
