This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.136 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai and transfer the same to any other competent Court at Tiruchirappalli.
2. On an earlier occasion, neither the petitioner nor Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan, learned Counsel for the petitioner was present. Even today also, both the petitioner as well as her Counsel are not present.
3. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, with a cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
