JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 20.07.2017, when the civil revision petitions were listed for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was posted on 21.07.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 21.07.2017, one Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, represented that Mr.M.Sudhakar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on record left practice and he had handed over the bundle to him. On his request, the mater stood adjourned to 28.07.2017 i.e. today under the same caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, has reported no instruction. Recording the said no instruction, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
