2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that in FIR No.35 of 2008, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act cases, Villupuram and the same was also taken on file as PRC No.2 of 2009.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
