This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.470 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in respect of the first petitioner, already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mannargudi and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.8 of 2017. In respect of the second petitioner, he submitted that the name of the second petitioner has been deleted from the charge sheet.
3. Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
