Selvam vs The Joint Commissioner

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition to include certain averments which are omitted to be mentioned in the present Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted as sought for. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
