This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to dispose of E.P.No.103 of 2008 in O.S.No.21 of 2010 on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District within a stipulated period.
2. The petitioner herein had filed the above execution petition in the year 2008 to execute the money decree against the respondents herein by bringing the property mentioned in the E.P. scheduled mentioned property under court auction sale.
3. The grievance of the revision petitioner is that though he filled the E.P in the year 2008 itself, it is being adjourned from time to time for the past several years, hence he had come up with this civil revision with a prayer to dispose the above E.P. within a time frame.
4. I heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notice was ordered to the respondents herein, as against 1st respondent, the Civil Revision Petition has dismissed by an order of this Court dated 31.07.2015 for non payment of Batta. There is no appearance on behalf of the 2nd respondent despite service of notice.

As the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition is very limited, this Court without going into the merits of the case inclined to direct the Execution Court to dispose of the above E.P.No.103 of 2008 within a period of one month. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Execution Court viz., Sub-Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District is hereby directed to take up the E.P.No.103 of 2008 in O.S.No.140 of 2002 on day to day basis without giving any adjournment to either parties and to dispose the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
