JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.942 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tank Factory Police Station, Ambattur, dated 18.05.2017 and to quash the same. M.S.RAMESH.J, nl/smi
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the complainant and petitioner/accused herein, have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.
3. The complainant as well as the petitioner/accused are personally present before this Court and they were identified by their counsel on record. An affidavit dated 24.08.2017 of the defacto complainant has also been filed by stating that he had no objection in quashing the proceedings in Crime No.942 of 2017.
4.In view of the affidavit filed by the defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Proceedings stands allowed. The proceedings in Crime No.942 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tank Factory Police Station, Ambattur, dated 18.05.2017 is hereby quashed.
