JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The remark column shows that respondent No.5 has remained unserved as company has shifted to other place.
Learned Advocate General, Mr.Kamal Trivedi appearing with learned advocate, Mr.Raju Kothari states that fresh address of the Lloyds Finance Ltd. is already supplied. He, however, requests that Registry be directed to issue fresh process and the appellant may be permitted to effect direct service.
OJA/78/2007 2/2 ORDER The request is granted.
The Registry is directed to issue fresh process to respondent No.5 only, returnable on 19.10.2012. Direct service is permitted.
It will be open for the learned advocate for the appellant to effect direct service by RPAD and/or speed post at his own cost, in addition to regular mode of service.
