As per order dated 22.06.2012, the dispute between the parties was referred to the High Court Mediation Center as requested by the learned advocates for the parties. It is true that Rule was issued in the present Criminal Revision Application on 18.09.2012. However, it will be in the fitness of things that the Registry makes part of the record of the present Criminal Revision Application the report of the Mediator and the outcome of the mediation process obtained from the High Court Mediation Center. The matter will be considered thereafter. Matter be posted on 18.12.2012.
