This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 8, Ghaziabad to expedite/ conclude the proceeding of Case No. 381 of 2019 (Smt. Shrun-Nisa Vs. Mohd. Ghufran & Others) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station.- Kotwali, District- Ghaziabad as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 8, Ghaziabad to expedite/ conclude the proceeding of Case No. 381 of 2019 (Smt. Shrun-Nisa Vs. Mohd. Ghufran & Others) under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station.- Kotwali, District- Ghaziabad most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
