Heard counsel for the revisionist as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
In compliance of order dated 7.2.2019, learned Court concerned has submitted a report dated 12.2.2019 stating therein that all the copies of relevant papers have been delivered to the revisionist and statutory provisions of Section 207 Cr.P.C. have been complied with.
This Criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C has been preferred by Seetu @ Sheetu @ Pradeep Singh against State of U.P. and Anil Dubey challenging order dated 18.1.2019 passed by Xth Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in Sessions Trial No. 528 of 2018(State of U.P. vs. Pahalwan Singh and others), under Section 304, 326, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sachendi, District Kanpur Nagar whereby charge has been framed against Pahalwan Singh, Sudhir Singh, Seetu @ Sheetu @ Pradeep Singh, on the ground that at the time of framing charge, copies of relevant documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. were not provided to the applicant.
At present, according to report of Court concerned, copies have already been provided to the accused at the time of framing of charge. Hence this Court finds no illegality, impropriety, material irregularity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order.
The revision is dismissed.
Copy of this order be transmitted to the Court concerned immediately.
