JUDGMENT / ORDER

PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings(Lease And Rent Control) Act, 1960 as amended by Tamil Nadu Act 23 of 1973 and Act 1/1980, against the fair order and decretal order dated 30.06.2006 made in R.C.A.No.20 of 2005 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Court), Tirunelveli confirming the fair order and decretal order dated 11.03.2005 made in R.C.O.P.No.137 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Tirunelveli.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement stating that these Civil Revision Petitions be dismissed as not pressed.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent has filed memo dated 27.07.2017, reported no instructions for the respondent. The said memo has been taken on record. No representation on behalf of the respondent. Respondent called absent, set ex-parte.
3.In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
