The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. T201714703001894 (Seeta Devi vs. Vibha Shukla), which is pending before the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Varanasi, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Varanasi shall decide the Case No. T201714703001894 (Seeta Devi vs. Vibha Shukla) within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
