The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide application 6-C in Suit No.149 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
In case there is any urgency for expeditious consideration of the said application and the other side has been duly served with notice of the proceeding, it shall be open to the petitioner to apply to the court concerned for expeditious consideration/disposal of the said application.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
