Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to conclude the proceeding of Case No.1706 of 2018 (Computer No.T201814360301706) (Virendra Bahadur & others Vs Shobh Nath & another ) pending before him."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner expeditiously.
